Matter Labs | Q3 2026 Deliverables Report

Thanks for the detailed questions. We know ZK’s role in the network is the question people most want answered, and the upcoming announcements in the weeks ahead will help address it.

  1. ZKsync’s economics are a protocol matter, and any change to them goes through governance. As the Commander announcement put it: “Connecting these businesses is Prividium’s next chapter with more news on ZKsync’s economics coming soon.”
  2. The Fee Flow contracts are built and deployed on ZKsync Era, and they remain available for governance to activate. Activation is a governance decision, so there has never been a hard date. As we said in July, public interop fees were deferred with the v31 rescope, and activation makes sense when there are recurring fees to route.
  3. The fee model for private interoperability is still in progress, as noted in the Q3 report. We’ll cover it in the follow-up after the upcoming announcements over the next month.
  4. We name production deployments in our quarterly reports as customers approve disclosure. Starting with the Q4 report, we will also report the number of production deployments. We don’t publish revenue.
  5. TPP-18 funds the 2026 roadmap across five workstreams, and we report against them every quarter. Continuing that funding is the Token Assembly’s decision, and the Token Assembly can revoke any remaining minter at any time.
