Upcoming Proposal Review Calls
The last call of this year will be Wednesday, December 17th.
We will be cancel the call currently scheduled for December 31st, and resume to the normal bi-weekly schedule starting Wednesday, January 17th.

Executed Onchain:
[TPP-13] Assign Minter Role to Gov Infra Capped Minter - This proposal assigned the final minter role needed to activate the Gov Infra Program.
[ZIP-14] Upgrade ZK Token with Permissionless Burn Function - Upgrades the ZK token contract with token burn mechanisms to support protocol-aligned supply management. Pending L1 exection!
[TPP-14] Adjust TokenGovernor Parameters for TPPs -*Reduced the vote delay from 7 days to 3 days and the voting extension from 7 days to 2 days for TPPs.
[GAP-4] Adjust GovOpsGovernor Parameters for GAPs - Reduced the vote delay from 7 days to 3 days and the voting extension from 7 days to 2 days for GAPs.

Latest ZKsync Foundation Proposal Pipeline Update
The ZKsync Foundation posted a new update in their proposal priority thread on the forum. They talk about work they have been focusing on this year and outline how they have supported proposal development over the past months. Read more here.
ZKsync Association Annual Operations Report (2024-2025)
The Association recently published an annual operations report. This report includes a review of the actions, decisions, structure, and forward-looking recommendations of the ZKsync Association. It also summarizes the first year of governance system developments, including proposals, participation trends and key outcomes. Read the full report here.
