Update: I have requested time to present and discuss this proposal during the upcoming Delegate & Proposal Review Call. At this stage, my request for a presentation slot has not been accepted, and I have asked for clarification regarding the criteria being applied.
I believe proposals involving governance decisions of this significance should have the opportunity to be presented and discussed openly with delegates and the wider community.
