It’s very clear that they are trying to obstruct us from presenting this proposal and this is outrageous. In your thread @theshelb you clearly wrote what i quoted above.
So tell us what specific requirements distinguish a developing proposal from an RFC in the published guidelines, and which requirements does the developibg proposal currently fail to meet?
