OpenBlock Labs Monthly Reporting for ZKync Ignite

Hey Delegates and the broader ZKsync community,

To keep everyone informed and aligned on the progress of the Ignite program, we at OpenBlock Labs will be publishing a monthly update in this forum. These updates will cover program updates, performance metrics, key insights, and any other important announcements related to the program.

Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to sharing these updates with you regularly and hearing your feedback!

Good day,

I think this is great, but since the interval for the Ignite Program seems to be 2 weeks

At the end of every two weeks, results will be measured which include 1) supply-side performance of incentives, 2) demand-side performance and dynamics, and 3) user segmentation to distinguish between speculative and long-term investors. This will allow us to learn what works (and equally importantly, what doesn’t), and “double down” on the experiments that meet the program’s goals by increasing allocation. Additionally, the design will aim to predict user retention and weight TVL by expected user lifetime to help achieve sustainable growth over short-term gains.

I think it would be great if the reporting could follow the same structure.
Of course I don’t know if you wanted to customize reporting for delegates, which means it would lead to more effort. In that case maybe sharing DSC targeted KPIs would be fine as well.

Can we make this (or something like this) happen?

Thank you!

Hi Benido,

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions.

Our goal with the monthly updates is to provide the community with a comprehensive overview that consolidates the insights and outcomes from our bi-weekly reviews with the DSC. Additionally, all data analyzed during the bi-weekly reviews will be made available on our public dashboards for transparency. That said, we’re happy to share the approved bi-weekly allocations here in the forum if that would be helpful.
