Proposal Review Call April 1 - call cancelled, written update

Hello everyone! Given there are no new governance proposals on the forum or onchain to discuss, the call scheduled for Wednesday, April 1st will be cancelled. Below is list of updates from the ZKsync Governance Team.

Scopelift to Take Over Tally Operations

On March 17th, Tally announced that they will be winding down their operations. The Governance Team has been working with the Tally team over the past weeks to find a solution on how to ensure uninterrupted support for the primary ZKsync governance interface (vote.zknation.io) and the Staking Pilot program.

Today, ScopeLift was able to announce that it has reached an agreement to operate Tally’s full stack directly moving forward (soon to be rebranded). The ZKsync Governance Team has also been in close contact with ScopeLift over the past weeks to ensure this transition would be smooth for the ZKsync ecosystem.

There are no expected interruptions to vote.zknation.io or the Staking Pilot Program interface. The Governance Team will continue to work closely with ScopeLift throughout the handover and brand transition.

Live Token Programs

  • ZKnomics Staking Pilot Program: Week 8 of Season 1 is now targeting 10% APR! Total staked is ~290M ZK (72% of 400M S1 participation cap). Active delegation is up ~190M since the start of the pilot, totaling 1.132B ZK. This is ~500 ZK above quorum. Please note that Season 1 APR will remain at 10% until the end of the season.
  • Community Activation Program: The winner for RPF-3 was just announced on the forum earlier this week. The Rally team will execute a community activation experiment, deployable over 10 weeks, to test scalable models for community-driven narrative development and amplification around ZKsync’s institutional positioning within the Ethereum ecosystem.

Ecosystem Updates:

  • ZKsync Lite will be fully deprecated on May 4th. The sunset of ZKsync Lite will not affect any other ZKsync systems. Please here more here to prepare.
  • New ZKsync Blog post: Bitgo and ZKsync Partner to Power Bank Adoption of Tokenized Deposits - “Tokenized deposits are how banks bring money onchain without leaving the regulatory system. With BitGo, and powered by Prividium’s private infrastructure built for regulated institutions, we’re delivering the foundation required for this transition at scale.” said Alex Gluchowski, CEO Matter Labs.‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌
