Proposal Updates

Onchain: \[ZIP-17\] Enable Chain-Specific Execution-Delay Increases for EraVM ZK Chains - Executed. Official bridge withdrawals from EraVM chains move from a 3-hour to a 24-hour execution delay, giving more time to respond to a security incident.

Onchain: \[TPP-19\] ZKsync Security Council Funding 2026/2027 - Executed.

Onchain: \[GAP-6\] Allocate Remaining TPP-8 Tokens to ZKnomist - Executed. Funds ZKnomist for the rest of the year.

Ecosystem Updates

EraVM security measures - Steven walked through the five measures: the longer execution delay, independent verification nodes, delayed publication of new EraVM code (still open-sourced, a few months later), instant emergency upgrades, and a second proving system.

Prividium Core is open source - The permissioning engine is now public so institutions can run it on their own infrastructure, which many are required to do. Deutsche Bundesbank is testing it.

Governance Discussion

Prividium beyond Ethereum - With Prividium now extending to Hyperledger Besu, Rafa raised an open question: what should governance look like for Prividium deployments on other chains? Input welcome in this thread.
