RFP Suggestion: ZKsync Regional Content Expansion Program - Localized Hubs

This 3 month program extends the highly successful regional channels from RFP #2 and launches new hubs in high potential markets, with special focus on Korea, Singapore, and Europe (leveraging ZKsync’s MiCA-ready ZK token and Prividium for banks).

Total Funding: 1 000,000 ZK

Duration: 3 months (March – May 2026)

Goal:

Build native language content engines that strengthen ZKsync’s position as the compliant, privacy-first, institutional ZK layer in every major region.

Objectives

  • Deepen existing regional strength (Turkish, Vietnamese, Hindi/Indian)

  • Launch or scale new dedicated hubs:

    • Korea (Korean-language channel + Telegram)

    • Singapore / SEA (English + Mandarin focus, institutional angle)

    • Europe (English + German/Spanish, heavy MiCA & banking narrative)

  • Position ZKsync locally as: privacy leader (Prividium), bank stack / institutional infrastructure, MiCA-compliant choice for Europe, and “the ZK layer that institutions actually choose”.

Scope & Deliverables each approved regional hub must deliver:

  • Minimum 20-25 native-language posts/threads/videos per month

  • Weekly roundup threads

  • Localized explainers on staking, Prividium, ZKsync > L2, etc.

  • Active Telegram community building: create, grow and manage dedicated regional Telegram groups/channels that directly highlight and distribute official ZKsync news, announcements, updates and ecosystem developments to the local community in real time

  • Monthly regional growth measurements (Telegram subscriber growth, engagement rates, content reach, community retention, and direct impact of official news distribution)

Success will be measured by:

  • Content volume: 25–40 pieces per month per hub

  • Reach and engagement all hubs together ≥ 250,000 views per month, ≥ 3000 likes, ≥500 comments ≥ 300 RT/QT

  • Telegram growth: ≥ 15–25% subscriber increase per month + high engagement on official news posts

  • Accurate and authentic narrative translation (Privacy, Bank Stack, MiCA, beyond-L2)

  • Positive community feedback and increased local discussions about ZKsync

  • Successful distribution of official announcements with measurable interaction

Extended partnership track (existing regions):

  • ZKsync Türkiye – already narrative leaders

  • ZK_INDIA

New hub applications:

  • Teams or individuals with native fluency + existing audience in Korea, Singapore, or Europe

  • Experience running crypto communities or content channels

  • Clear plan for MiCA/institutional storytelling in Europe

Selection Criteria

  • Native authenticity & language quality

  • Existing reach or growth potential

  • Narrative alignment (especially MiCA/institutional for Europe)

  • Execution plan & community management experience

Timeline

  • Program runs: March 1 – May 31, 2026

  • Mid report : April 15th. 2026

  • Final report : June 10, 2026

Korea, Singapore, and Europe represent the clearest upside for 2026 expansion due to regulation, institutions, and crypto enthusiasm.

The regional model proved extremely effective in RFP #2. Now we scale it strategically into the markets that matter most for ZKsync’s next phase of institutional and regulated adoption, with strong emphasis on direct Telegram community building and measurable regional growth. Let’s make ZKsync speak every language that matters.

Questions welcome in the forum thread.
