There was talk on the previous call thread to possibly change the call time to either 16:00 UTC or 17:00 UTC.
The Gov Team has a standing conflict at 16:00 UTC and has a preference for 17:00 UTC, but if enough Delegates indicate 16:00 works better, we can try to work around this.
- Change call time to 16:00 UTC
- Change call time to 17:00 UTC
- Keep call time at 16:30 UTC
