I will update this forum post the day of the call with a proposed agenda based on results from the thread. I will use that agenda as a guide to help facilitate the call.
Due to conflicts with ETHDenver and a limited number of proposals on the forum at the moment, the Gov Team has decided to cancel the Proposal Review scheduled for February 26th.
The next Proposal Review call will take place as scheduled on March 12th.
The Governance Team is hosting an a ZKsync Delegate Meetup on Thursday, Feb 27th in Denver.
Whether you are able to make it or not, we are inviting all Delegates to drop suggested topics in this forum thread to get a sense of what topics are top of mind for Delegates at the moment.
I will not be on the call as I am still on vacation this week, but I would also recommend highlighting the post requesting a pause on TPP & GAP submission until ZIP-5 is executed on L1.

Next week’s Proposal Review Call Cancelled: Due to conflicts with ETHDenver and a limited number of proposals on the forum at the moment, the Gov Team has decided to cancel the Proposal Review scheduled for February 26th. The next Proposal Review call will take place as scheduled on March 12th.
Please note that there were 4 audits completed in preparation for this update. You can find all of them here, as well as in the onchain proposal under “Security Considerations.”
We were able to get team members and functional leads from ML and the ZKsync Foundation to join for part of the meetup - including Alex Gluchowski (Founder of Matter Labs), Marco Cora (Executive Director of ZKsync Foundation), Meghan Hughes (CMO) and Anthony Rose (CTO). They will join for a portion of the meetup to discuss strategic priorities, engineering roadmap for 2025, provide an update on ZKsync branding, and share their thoughts on ecosystem strategy. This provides a great opportunity for Delegates to engage directly with these individuals and engage in thoughtful discussions on key topics face-to-face.
Catalyst Update
ML & the Foundation have decided to hold off on support for Catalyst at this time. The Catalyst proposal team is going to try to rework and streamline the proposal and will wait for further input from ML & Foundation.
