Call Notes & Recording
Thanks to everyone who joined the Standing Delegate Call on Tuesday! Below is a collection of summarized notes and links shared in the call. Apologies for the audio quality at the end of the call - not sure what happened there!
Check out the video description for timestamps on different discussion topics. Given we have the recording, notes will be kept very brief. Please watch the recording for full context!
Proposal Updates
- Recently Passed:
- [GAP-3] Authorization for Security Council to Convert Recovered ETH into ZK
- [TPP-3] ZIP Audit Reimbursement Program (ZARP)
- Question re next steps: Program is now live so next ZIP submitted will be able to include a request for an audit reimbursement from the ZarpMain capped minter. Next ZIP is currently expected to come end of July. That CM request will include the audit costs for ZIP-11 given the overlap of ZIP-11 and TPP-3 onchain, it was not included in retro budget. In regards to ZarpRetro, Matter Labs is now able to mint from that capped minter at their discretion.
- [TPP-4] Deactivate Capped Minters for TPP1 Ignite
- Voting live Onchain:
- [ZIP-11] V28 Precompile Upgrade (voting closes Thursday, May 29th)
- [ZIP-10] Activate ZK Gateway as a Settlement Layer (voting closes Thursday, May 29th)
