Tekr0x.eth’s thread for sharing updates on voting and providing the rationale behind decisions.
On Tuesday, 17th September, I participated in the Delegate Kick-Off calls. It was great meeting fellow delegates and the zkSync Gov Team.
I am open to actively participating in zkNation governance. I would be happy to connect with other delegates interested in exploring TPPs to establish mechanisms for setting up grant programs. The goal is to form a working group of 2-5 people. Feel free to connect with me on TG: @tekr0x
This is very close to what I had in mind. I’d love to discuss the intricacies of this entire idea.

[TPP-001] ZKsync Ignite Program: Creating a Liquidity Hub for ZKsync
Voted For: After reviewing the proposal, I believe this will benefit the zkSync ecosystem. Supporting programs like this is important for keeping strong projects in the space. I do expect the team to take a professional approach, as this is ZKNation’s first TPP and should set an example for future TPPs. I also look forward to receiving regular reports and updates on the program’s progress.
[ZIP-001] Protocol Defense
Voted For: Even though the proposal is a bit out of scope for me technically, I loved that it was presented in a simple and accessible way. It followed the proper process by going through feedback on the forum first. All questions and concerns were addressed either there or during calls. I appreciated the security report by OpenZeppelin, which stated that they did not find any vulnerabilities. For me, this is enough to vote in favor of the proposal.
[ZIP-002] Reduce the execution delay from 21 hours to 3 hours
Voted For: I attended a Standing ZKsync Delegate Call on the 26th of November where the Matter Labs team explained the reasons for introducing this ZIP-002. There were some concerns about monitoring and adding alarm systems (not yet implemented), raised by Kristof from L2Beat. We were assured that these systems will be ready after the confirmation of the proposal. Based on that feedback and all the information in the proposal, I decided to vote For on this proposal.
[GAP-1] ZKsync Token Program Priorities 2025 Endorsement
Voted For: It’s great that our first GAP proposal came directly from Rafa. This helps us delegates align on the direction we want to take ZK Nation and ensures we share a common goal. I believe we should revisit this GAP every 3–6 months, as the field evolves quickly, and we need to stay ahead.
