Hello, I’m trying to claim my zkSync Lite funds from the sunset portal (lite.zksync.io) but the transaction keeps failing at the “Mining” stage. My address: 0xb0609B1db1Fc747B2c26E64521ebB4DaE4802Bf0Balances shown on the portal:- DAI: 20.85- ZZ: 10.00Failed tx hashes:- 0xfb41aa8cd4d4729ce8925d1882103892c6e2140e5ab004389c2a2e4a260575a3- 0xcc07795e0b969aff310138e62722dfcc45c4129340253d94cdb63b774134294b- 0x1f47f1655031e61a37dd82e5a6577d3fc86f1f525a5cbe1477aad41e7e6e0a24The portal says “Timed out while waiting for receipt” but Etherscan shows these tx hashes don’t exist on Ethereum mainnet. Other users are successfully claiming. I’ve tried multiple times after adding ETH to my wallet. MetaMask shows the correct network (Ethereum mainnet) and I sign the ClaimBatch request each time. Please help me understand why my claims are failing and how to recover my funds.
Hi, thanks for your detailed explanation of what is happening on your end. I’ve forwarded this to our engineers to see if they can troubleshoot the issue for you.
UPDATE 10/30/26: the sponsored withdrawal service is processing claims again as of Oct 29.
Your earlier attempts never landed on-chain, so nothing was claimed. Please go to lite.zksync.io and submit the claim again.
If it times out again, reply here with the new tx hash and we’ll check it directly.

Hi, we identified an issue with the sponsored withdrawal service: an earlier transaction stalled, blocking later withdrawals and causing the portal to show timeout errors. This is a service-side issue, not a problem with your wallet.
Adding ETH or repeatedly retrying won’t resolve it. The claims we checked remain unclaimed; the timeout message does not mean your funds were lost.
Our team is actively investigating the issue and we will provide an update after fixing the issue. There is nothing for you to do right now.
