Where Is the Money Going? ZkSync Community Deserves Answers

@Alex-Gluchowski

You owe the community clear answers. Many of us have invested years of hard work and trusted your promises, yet nothing meaningful to token value has been delivered so far.

All we see lately is paid propaganda on X, seemingly funded by the treasury, while there’s no transparency on how those funds are actually being used. You’ve repeatedly announced partnerships and deals around ZkSync , but none of that appears to translate into value for the token, buybacks, or the community.

If these deals are real, they weren’t made for free , so where is the money going? It’s clearly not being reflected in rebuys or any tangible support for the ecosystem.

At this point, it feels like the token is being treated as a cash reserve for the team, accessed whenever needed, leading to repeated pumps and dumps that hurt investors.

Worryingly, the ZkSync project is increasingly being labeled as a potential rug pull across the broader crypto community. At the same time, critical questions are often ignored, and in some cases, dissenting voices appear to be silenced.

The community deserves transparency, accountability, and real updates, not marketing noise.

The factual questions raised across these threads have been addressed in detail here, including treasury deployment rates, program costs, ZKnomics progress, and what shipped in 2025.

Characterizations like “rug pull” and “pump and dump” don’t reflect the reality of a network with 15 chains live on mainnet, hundreds of millions of transactions processed across the ZKsync network, production deployments with major financial institutions, and a governance system where 3% of the token allocation has been minted through 16 community-approved proposals. The onchain record speaks for itself.

We’re focused on execution, as outlined in our 2025 year-end review of everything built and shipped. The forum, governance portal, Dune dashboards, and ZKnomics proposals are all public. Anyone interested in the facts can verify them directly.
