It’s exciting to see Lens Chain move to be included in the Elastic Network, and we support making the migration process as seamless as possible by including all user data in the genesis state.

This proposal looks great for ZK Nation. When reviewing the proposal what is the best way to decode the _message param for the sendToL1 call? We want to verify the call matches what the proposal states.
