ZKsync Prividium Roadshow 2025 Update
The ZKsync Foundation presents the first update report for the ZKsync Prividium Roadshow Program.
The report includes an overview of event sponsorships that were included in the Prividium Roadshow Program in 2025, description of each event, reasoning around why they were included, and impact outcomes of each event.
Overview
Over the past year, we have witnessed sustained momentum across enterprise adoption, institutional partnerships, and ecosystem visibility for ZKsync and Prividium. The strategy of pairing targeted sponsorships with private, high-signal gatherings consistently converted presence into concrete business outcomes and long-term strategic positioning.
The Prividium Roadshow Program built on the existing Prividium-focused event strategy introduced by Matter Labs earlier in 2025 and played a key role in amplifying business development impact and results. The event pipeline established ZKsync and Prividium as credible institutional-grade infrastructure across Latin America, Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Event activity consistently converted into partnerships, listings, memberships, media coverage, validating that a relationship-first, tightly curated event strategy can outperform broad conference exposure. The Roadshow Program was also used for institutional association memberships like EEA & Tokenized Asset Coalition. These memberships will help sustain institutional access and deal flow into the following years.
