Hello everyone and Happy New Year! 
Given there are no new governance proposals on the forum or onchain to discuss, the call scheduled for Wednesday, January 15th will be cancelled. Below is list of updates on key projects the ZKsync Association / Goverance Team have been focused on the past few weeks, as well as few ecosystem updates.
ZKsync Association & Governance Team Updates:
- Upbit listing: The ZKsync Assocation played a key role in getting the ZK token listed on Upbit, a key South Korean exchange.
- Launch of secondary ZKsync governacne interface: The new secondary interface, alt.vote.zknation.io, offers an alternative for Delegates & ZK token holders to delegate voting power, vote on governance proposals, and submit proposals. Having a secondary interface helps ensure governance remains functional in the case of primary interface issues, and increases accessibility by providing an alternative and innovative user experience.
- Support Tally prep for Staking pilot launch: The Gov Team has been working with Tally to run necessary testing and finalize the staking interface over the past weeks. The Tally team has started to post updates and resources in relation to the staking pilot program on the forum under the ZKnomics Token Staking Pilot Program category.
- A summary of ZKsync Goverannce & Token Mechanics talks at Devconnect was posted on the forum end of December. Thanks to everyone who attended and participated!
Ecosytem Updates:
Alex Gluchowski, one of the founders of Matter Labs, posted this X article which might be interesting for Delegates: ZKsync 2025: A Year In Review. A ZKsync 2026 Roadmap is expected to be posted in the coming weeks. No Shortcuts: ZKsync 2026 Roadmap was posted yesterday. We can discuss these on the next Proposal Review call.
