- Delegate Frame on Farcaster from Tempe Techie: Allows ZK token holders to delegate their voting power directly on Farcaster! Watch the demo starting at 06:02 in the recording.
- TPP Token Tracker: The tracker allows the community to monitor Token Assembly’s token supply, active TPP caps, mint rates, and capped minter details. We will continue to improve and tweak the dashboard over time.
Proposal Updates:
- [ZIP-3] Resubmit Protocol Defense: Passed on Dec 27, executed from L2 to L1 on Friday. Guardians did not veto, SC approved, after 1 day timelock should be on L1 by EOD Wednesday.
- [ZIP-4] Resubmit Reduce Execution Delay: Once ZIP-3 is confirmed to successfully executed, ZIP-4 will be submitted onchain.
- GAP: Token Program Priorities 2025: Proposal for Token Assembly to endorse ZKsync Token Program Priorities for 2025. It was submitted onchain today. Voting will start on Jan 15th.
- [NEW] Staking on ZKsync: Initiative to explore expanding ZK token utility by utilizing Tally staking infrastructure. There was a discussion around whether this would possibly conflict with other staking plans on ZKsync. Dennison from the Tally team was able to share his argument for exploring different paths for staking. Listen in to that convo discussion starting at 34:40 on the recording.
- [NEW] App Catalyst Program: Dr.Nick walked everyone through the preview post for the proposal Areta & FactoryDAO have been working on for a few months. This program would target growth at the application layer and proposes a new model for atomization in token mechanics. Full proposal expected to come to the forum soon.
- [NEW] Technical Lead for the Blockchain Demand Boost (BDB) Steering Committee: Another proposal preview post from 404DAO, PGov & StableLab, the team of authors is requesting recs for a technical Lead for their Blockchain Demand Boost (BDB) program.
