Happy Friday ZKsync Delegates!

Below is the thread to gather discussion topics for the upcoming Delegate call scheduled for Tuesday, March 18th.

Please drop discussion topics for the call in this thread! The goal is to collaboratively curate the agenda by having Delegates propose discussion topics (with reasoning) in this thread. Others can “upvote” a topic by liking the different posts, which will help prioritize the items for the agenda.

I will update this forum post the day of the call with a proposed agenda based on results from the thread. I will use that agenda as a guide to help facilitate the call.

ZIP Updates:

[ZIP 6] Prepare ZKsync for Gateway: This ZIP has a two-step L1 execution process. Part 1 was already executed last week. Part 2 will be executed by (estimated) Wednesday next week.
[ZIP 7] Lens Chain inclusion on Elastic Network: Was approved by SC over the weekend and executed on L1 yesterday. View on etherscan.
[ZIP 8] Upgrade Chain Creation Params: Passed TA vote on Monday. Currently in Guardian veto period and will move to SC approve end of the week. ZIP-8 cannot be executed until part 2 of ZIP-6 is executed.

TPP Builder Presentations:

The purpose of the TPP Builder presentations is to showcase a few tools and mechanics that could be used as “building blocks” for token mechanics. Read more in the TPP Builder Presentation Signup Thread. Please watch the recording to see full details and slides.

Drips - Conditional Streams for critical dependancies:

Basic features:
- Steaming & splitting to various recipients
- Customizable parameters (time, cadence, amount), can pause/cancel at any time
- Capped minter would be able to mint directly into a Drips list
Example Use-cases:
- Conditional steam to distribute program rewards (conditional to meeting metric, if stop meeting metric, stream is paused/turned off)
- Dynamic Drip list that adds/removes recipients based on an oracle
- Deployment of community-curated Drips list(s), participants & amounts based on outcome of vote

Butter - Conditional Funding Markets:

Basic features:
- Market-driven way to determine predicted best possible outcome. Decision is used to decide where to allocate funds
- Participating traders’ returns are maximized the closer they are to the truth
Example use-cases:
- Create a conditional funding market to determine best proposal to:
  - increase TVL
  - expand token utility
  - increase # of builders in Elastic Network

PoolTogether - Prize Pools:

Basic features:
- Gamify yield by rewarding it randomly as prizes
- A user sees the prizes and wants to participate in PoolTogether, they deposit tokens into a PoolTogether Prize Vault, regular prize drawings, user can withdraw all of their funds at any time.
Example use-cases:
- ZK Prize Pool on Era where ZK is the prize token, all yield created from vaults gets swapped to ZK and distributed randomly as random prizes to participants.
