Any IP developed will be public infrastructure that can be used by the Token Assembly across any other proposals without IP licensing or SaaS fees. The technology will be under a licensing framework that will grant full, open access to all technology developed for the TPP, including FL contracts, to all ZK Chains and Elastic Apps.

How will this (and other promises you are making) be enforced if you do not follow through with them? This is my question about many forward-looking statements in your proposal.

Can the DAO sue you? How will this work?
